OSHA 300A Posting: The February 1 Deadline and Why It Matters for Contractors
Every year, construction employers have to post a summary of the previous year's work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300A) from February 1 through April 30. For contractors with 11+ employees, the posting isn't optional. The form has to be accurate, posted where employees can see it, and signed by a company executive. Missed postings and inaccurate forms lead to OSHA citations.
