Winery construction follows the production sequence — crush pad, fermentation, barrel room, bottling, and case storage — each with its own environmental and drainage demands. The barrel room's temperature and humidity control, high-strength winery wastewater, and a hospitality side held to a different finish level all sit on top of a hard harvest deadline.
